Each film coated caplet/ampoule injection contains: Vitamin B1 100 mg, Vitamin B6 100 mg, Vitamin B12 5000 mcg.
Vitamin B1 takes part as co-enzyme in decarboxylation of α keto acid and in the metabolism of carbohydrate. Vitamin B6 is transformed into Pyridoxine phosphate and Pyridoxamine phosphate and helps in the metabolism of protein and amino acid in the body. Vitamin B12 takes part in the synthesis of nucleic acid and has influential role in cell riping and helps maintain nervous system integrity.
For the treatment of Vitamin B1, B6 and B12 deficiencies such as in beri-beri and polyneuritis.
Film coated caplet: 1 caplet daily after or as doctor's suggestions.
Injection: Acute: 1 ampoule daily IM until the acute symptom decreases, then 1 ampoule 2-3 times weekly.
Relieving pain: 1 ampoule 2-3 times weekly.
Patients who are hypersensitive to component(s) of this drug.
Not recommended for patients under treatment with Levodopa.
Using the Vitamin B6 for high dose and long periods cause neuropathy syndrome.
Film coated caplet: Store at temperature below 30°C, protect from light.
Injection: Store at temperature below 25°C, protect from light.
