Tetrahydrozoline HCl
Indications/Uses
Conjunctival decongestant; quick relief of eye redness & minor discomforts caused by irritants.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult & childn >6 yr Apply 1-2 drops in each eye up to tid-qid or as prescribed.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Glaucoma or scratched cornea.
Special Precautions
Avoid use of soft contact lenses; remove contact lenses prior to application & wait at least 15 min before reinsertion. Do not use for >5 days. Discontinue if eye pain, vision changes, irritation of the eyes, redness occurs or if the condition worsen or persists for >3 days; if allergic reactions occurs. Temporary pupil dilatation may cause sensitivity to light. Pregnancy & lactation. Do not use in childn <6 yr.
