Direction of Use: Take one capsule at a time with one full glass of water or preferred juice. Taking this product without enough fluid may cause choking. Usage: Lactating woman: Take (1) one capsule (3) three times a day or as directed by the healthcare practitioner.

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Protect from direct light, heat and moisture.
