The most commonly reported adverse drug reactions were headache, dizziness, gastrointestinal disorders: nausea, constipation and abdominal pain, as well as bradycardia, tachycardia, palpitations, hypotension, flushing, edema peripheral and fatigue. (See Table 1.)
