Succinylcholine-type muscle relaxation exaggeration during anesth. Vagotonic effects may occur on the SA & AV nodes. Closely monitor for active or occult GI bleeding especially those at increased risk of developing ulcers, history of ulcer disease, or receiving concurrent NSAIDs. Wt loss; bladder outflow obstruction; convulsions. Patients w/ history of asthma or obstructive pulmonary disease. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Childn. Pregnancy & lactation.
