Dosage/Direction for Use

IV/IM Adult 1.2 mg/kg as slow IV for 3-4 mL/min. Repeat dose every 4, 24 & 48 hr after 1st dose. Childn <7 yr 1.5 mg/kg for 3-4 mL/min. Repeat dose at 4, 24 & 48 hr after 1st dose.
