Na hyaluronate
Indications/Uses
Relieve of pain w/ OA of the knee. Deforming gonarthrocace.
Dosage/Direction for Use
IA Adult 1 pre-filled syringe inj into the affected joint once a wk for 3 wk.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Infections or skin diseases at the inj site. History or presence of hepatic failure.
Special Precautions
Do not administer IV inj or ophth. Concomitant use w/ disinfectants containing quaternary ammon salts. Pregnancy & lactation (discontinue). Childn. Elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Shock; edema (facial & palpebral), facial flare, rash, urticaria, itching; occasional pain, swelling, hydrops, flare, warmth, severe compressing sense on local site, ecchymosis; nausea, vomiting, fever & headache.
Drug Interactions
Precipitation of disinfectants containing quarternary ammon salts.
