Indications/Uses
Glaucoma & ocular HTN.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Instill 1 drop in affected eye(s) once daily.
Contraindications
History of or hypersensitivity. Taflotan: Concomitant use w/ products containing omidenepag isopropyl.
Special Precautions
Pigmentation in iris & eyelid or hypertrichosis around the eyes; corneal epithelium disorder (superficial punctate keratitis, filamentary keratitis or corneal erosion). Patients w/ aphakia or pseudophakia; history of or bronchial asthma; endophthalmitis (iritis, uveitis); closed angle glaucoma. May affect ability to drive or operate machine. Pregnancy. Avoid during lactation. Low birth wt infants, neonates, infants or childn. Elderly (caution as physical function is generally reduced). Taflotan: Temporary blurred vision. Take at least 5-min interval when using >1 ophth soln. Remove contact lenses prior to use & wait at least 15 min prior to wearing again.
Adverse Reactions
Conjunctival hyperaemia/inj, abnormality in eyelashes, itching, irritation, foreign body sensation, blepharal pigmentation, corneal epithelial disorder including superficial punctate keratitis, abnormal eye sensation. Taflotan: Iris pigmentation. Eye pain & discharge, eyelid hypertrichosis, photophobia, heavy feeling of eye, lacrimation, blurred vision, conjunctival oedema, blepharitis.
Drug Interactions
Taflotan: Concomitant use w/ omidenepag isopropyl.
