Each ampoule (2 ml) contains Tramadol Hydrochloride 100 mg.
Moderate to severe acute or chronic pain.
Single dose for adults and adolescents over 14 years of age: 1 ampoule (100 mg) by IM/slow IV/IV infusion/SC as prescribed by physician. In general, 400 mg per day need not be exceeded.
In impaired hepatic or renal function, it may be necessary to adjust the dosage intervals.
VESNON-V 100 is contraindicated in patients who have hypersensitivity to tramadol or any of the excipients, acute intoxication with alcohol and contraindicated in conjunction with alcohol, hypnotics, analgesics agent or CNS action drugs, and should not be used in patients receiving MAO inhibitors.
Use with care in patients with increased reactivity to opioids and patients known to suffer from convulsions.
The drug may affect the ability to drive or operate machinery.
Use in Pregnancy & Lactation: Patients during pregnancy or lactation.
Caution in patients during pregnancy or lactation.
Sweating, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth and fatigue, including palpitations, postural hypotension or cardiovascular collapse. In some cases convulsions may have been observed.
Protected from light, temperature not exceeding 30°C.
