Duodart is contraindicated in: women and children and adolescents (see Use in Pregnancy & Lactation).
Patients with hypersensitivity to dutasteride, other 5-alpha reductase inhibitors, tamsulosin (including tamsulosin-induced angio-edema), soya, peanut or any of the other excipients listed in Description.
Patients with a history of orthostatic hypotension.
Patients with severe hepatic impairment.
