Description
Gastro-resistant tablet: Yellow, oval biconvex film-coated tablet imprinted with "P20" or "P40" in brown ink on one side.
Each gastro-resistant tablet contains 20 mg or 40 mg of pantoprazole (as sodium sesquihydrate).
Powder for solution for injection: White to off-white powder.
Each vial contains 40 mg of pantoprazole (as pantoprazole sodium).
Excipients with known effect: Each vial contains 1 mg disodium edetate and 0.24 mg sodium hydroxide.
This medicine contains less than 1 mmol sodium (23 mg) per vial, that is to say essentially 'sodium-free'.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Gastro-resistant tablet: Core: Anhydrous sodium carbonate, Mannitol (E421), Crospovidone, Povidone K90, Calcium stearate.
Coating: Hypromellose, Povidone K25, Titanium dioxide (E171), Yellow iron oxide (E172), Propylene glycol, Methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate copolymer (1:1), Polysorbate 80, Sodium laurilsulfate, Triethyl citrate.
Printing ink: Shellac, Red iron oxide (E172), Black iron oxide (E172), Yellow iron oxide (E172), Concentrated ammonia solution.
Powder for solution for injection: Disodium edetate, Sodium hydroxide (for pH adjustment).
