Relief of the nasal & non-nasal symptoms of allergic rhinitis (including intermittent & persistent allergic rhinitis) in patients ≥12 yr. Symptomatic relief of pruritus, reduction in the number of hives, & size of hives in patients w/ urticaria ≥12 yr.
Patients w/ medical record or having historical family in seizures. Immediately discontinue if patient has seizure during treatment. Advise patients not to increase the dose or dosing frequency; does not increase effectiveness at higher doses & somnolence may occur. Pregnancy & lactation. Ped patients <12 yr. Childn are susceptible to seizures during treatment. Elderly.
