Indications/Uses
Short-term treatment (up to 8 wk) of duodenal ulcer.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult 10 mL 4 times daily.
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 1 hr before meals & at bedtime.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
Adverse Reactions
Constipation; dry mouth. Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, flatulence; pruritus, rash; drowsiness, dizziness; back pain, headache.
Drug Interactions
Reduced absorption of cimetidine, ciprofloxacin, digoxin, ketoconazole, norfloxacin, phenytoin, ranitidine, tetracycline & theophylline.
