Piracetam is contraindicated in: hypersensitivity to piracetam, other pyrrolidone derivates or any of the excipient.
Severe renal impairment (renal creatinine clearance of less than 20 ml per minute).
Cerebral haemorrhage.
Patients suffering from Huntington's Chorea.
