Description
Each Film-coated Tablet contains: Biodiastase 2000 III 50.0 mg, Lipase I 15.0 mg, Panprosin SS 20.0 mg, Pancellase SS 30.0 mg, Pancreatin enteric coated granules 78.6 mg, Ursodeoxycholic acid 10.0 mg, Simethicone 40.0 mg.
Action
Pharmacology: Pharmacokinetics: Pancreatic enzymes are enteric-coated to minimize destruction or inactivation in gastric acid. Pancreatic enzymes are not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract in appreciable amounts.
Indications/Uses
Dyspepsia, anorexia, overeating, promotion of digestion, gastric distention due to indigestion and abdominal distention due to post operative surgery, meteorism, aerophagy, nausea, vomiting, and degassing.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adults: Take one tablet three times daily, after meals.
In severe cases: Take two tablets three times daily or as prescribed by the physician.
Contraindications
Because this drug contains lactose, patients with hereditary problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine.
Special Precautions
Follow the dosage and administration mentioned previously.
If the symptoms are not improved after use for about 2 weeks, discontinue the administration and consult physician or pharmacist.
Use in children: Do not administer this drug to a child below the age of seven.
Adverse Reactions
Diarrhea, soft stools, nausea, or vomiting, chest pain, difficulty in breathing, palpitations may occur.
Discomfort may occur inside the mouth.
Storage
Protect from light and store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
Avoid the abuse of this drug and do not change the container for the quality preservation.
