Indications/Uses
Dosage/Direction for Use
Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) once daily. Contact lens wearer Remove contact lenses before use & wait at least 5-10 min before re-wearing them.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Patients w/ aphakic or intraocular lens inserted eyes. Concomitant use w/ tafluprost.
Special Precautions
Active ocular inflammation including iritis/uveitis; angle-closure glaucoma. Macular edema including cystoid macular edema. Instruct patients to immediately consult w/ medical professionals if abnormalities (eg, worsening vision) are experienced. Administer each at least 5 min apart if >1 topical ophth product is being used. May change the color of contact lenses. May affect the ability to drive & use machine. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn & adolescents.
Adverse Reactions
Conjunctival hyperemia. Corneal thickening, macular edema including cystoid macular edema, iritis, eye pain, photophobia, ocular discomfort (eg, irritation), corneal epithelial disorders, dry eye sensation, headache.
Drug Interactions
Moderate to severe photophobia & increased risk of ocular inflammation w/ tafluprost. Other glaucoma/ocular HTN medications (eg, timolol maleate).
