Patient whose BP is not adequately controlled w/ hydrochlorothiazide or irbesartan 150 mg alone 150 mg/12.5 mg once daily. Patient insufficiently controlled by irbesartan 300 mg or Irbezyd-H 150 mg/12.5 mg 300 mg/12.5 mg once daily.
