Each hard gelatin capsule contains: Tacrolimus USP 500 mcg.
Tacrolimus Capsules 1 mg: "Opaque white color, size "4" hard gelatin capsules imprinted with "C6" "1 mg" on cap with black ink, containing white to off white granular powder".
Each hard gelatin capsule contains: Tacrolimus USP 1 mg.
Tacrolimus Capsules 5 mg: "Opaque grayish red color, size "4" hard gelatin capsules imprinted with "C7'' "5 mg" on cap with black ink, containing white to off white granular powder".
Each hard gelatin capsule contains: Tacrolimus USP 5 mg.

Capsule content: Tacrolimus Capsule 500 mcg, 1 mg, 5 mg: Croscarmellose Sodium, Hypromellose, Anhydrous Lactose, Dehydrated alcohol, Methylene Chloride, Magnesium Stearate.
Capsule shell: Tacrolimus Capsule 500 mcg: The Tacrolimus capsule shell for 0.5 mg strength consists of gelatin, titanium dioxide and yellow iron oxide.
Tacrolimus Capsule 1 mg: The Tacrolimus capsule shell for 1 mg strength consists of gelatin and titanium dioxide.
Tacrolimus Capsule 5 mg: The Tacrolimus capsule shell for 5 mg strength consists of red iron oxide, gelatin, and titanium dioxide.
Printing ink: Tacrolimus capsule 500 mcg, 1 mg and 5 mg: Printed with edible black ink. The black ink is comprised of shellac, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution, black iron oxide and potassium hydroxide.
