Management of HTN, particularly in patients who develop cough w/ ACE inhibitors. Reduction of stroke risk in patients w/ left ventricular hypertrophy. Diabetic nephropathy.
HTN 50 mg once daily, may be increased to 100 mg daily as single dose or in 2 divided doses. Diabetic nephropathy Initially 50 mg once daily, increased to 100 mg once daily depending on the BP. Intravascular fluid depletion Initially 25 mg once daily.
