Ingredients: Calcium citrate, magnesium hydroxide, PVK-30 (binder), croscarmellose sodium (disintegrant), zinc sulphate monohydrate, magnesium stearate (antiadherent), film-coated color white (coloring agent).

Indications/Uses

Food supplement.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adults: Take (1) tablet once a day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Direction of Use: Take one tablet at a time with one full glass of water or preferred juice. Taking this product without enough fluid may cause choking.
