Second and third trimester of pregnancy.
Biliary obstructive disorders.
Severe hepatic impairment.
The concomitant use of telmisartan with aliskiren-containing products is contraindicated in patients with diabetes mellitus or renal impairment (GFR <60 mL/min/1.73m2).
