Indications/Uses
Treatment of gastric ulcers, gastric mucosal lesions (erosion, bleeding, redness & edema) in acute gastritis & exacerbation of chronic gastritis. Prevention of NSAID-induced gastropathy.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Pregnancy & lactation. Childn. Elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Dizziness, drowsiness; ALT & AST elevation, hyperbilirubinemia, dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting, eructation; edema, BUN elevation; gynecomastia, induction of lactation, menstrual disorders, hot flushes; leukopenia, leukocytosis, thrombocytopenia; rash, urticaria, eczema.
