Description
Sancoba contains cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 0.02%, benzalkonium chloride, boric acid, sodium borate and purified water.
Sancoba is a clear, red sterile aqueous ophthalmic solution. It has pH of 5.5-6.5 and osmotic pressure ratio of 0.9-1.1.
Indications/Uses
Sancoba is for tired eyes relief. It is used for improvement of fluctuation of accomodation in accomodative asthenopia.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply 1-2 drops a time to the eye 3-5 times daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to the patient's symptoms.
Warnings
For ophthalmic use only. At time of administration, be careful not to touch the tip of the bottle to the eye directly in order to avoid the contamination of the drug.
Adverse Reactions
If hypersensitivity symptom is observed such as itch, bloodshot eyes or rash/erosion of eye area, appropriate measures such as discontinuing administration should be taken.
Storage
Store below 30°C in a tight container.
