Dosage/Direction for Use

On-demand treatment Individualized dosage. Prophylaxis 20-40 IU/kg IV at 2-3 days interval. Childn <6 yr 20-50 IU/kg IV 3-4 times wkly.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to octocog α, mouse or hamster proteins.
