Description
Each tablet contains Loratadine (micronized) 10 mg.
Action
CLARID containing 10 mg of Loratadine (micronized) as an active agent is a derivative of the antihistamine azatadine. It is a potent antihistamine and has little CNS activity. CLARID is a non-sedative agent and long acting H1-antihistamine.
Indications/Uses
CLARID is used in patients for relief of the following symptoms: allergic rhinitis, urticaria and other allergic dermatologic disorders.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult and children over 12 years: 1 tablet daily.
Contraindications
Do not use this medication to patients with history of known hypersensitivity and acute asthmatic attack.
Special Precautions
Use in Children: CLARID should not be given to children under 6 years.
Use in Pregnancy: CLARID should not be given to pregnant/lactating women. If it is necessary for the treatment, should be supervised by physician.

CLARID should not be given to pregnant/lactating women.
Adverse Reactions
Side effects rarely occurred. Patients may have some sedation and dry mouth effects.
