Indications/Uses
Lubricant for post-op care of penetrating keratoplasty & for eye surface while wearing contact lenses. Improves signs & symptoms of dry eye disease in patients w/ moderate to severe dry eye disease related to keratitis or keratoconjunctivitis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Post-op care of penetrating keratoplasty 1 drop into operated eye 5-10 times daily. Lubrication of eye surface while wearing contact lenses 3-4 drops daily. Moderate to severe dry eye disease related to keratitis or keratoconjunctivitis 1 drop tid.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Not to be used if hypersensitivity occurs. Blurred vision may impair reaction time while driving or operating machinery. Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Burning, foreign body sensation, itching, tearing, feeling of eye pressure, hardly any formation of mucus, slightly impaired vision.
