This drug is rapidly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and shows excellent analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, while this drug is characterized by its relatively lower toxicity to the gastrointestinal tract than other non-steroidal analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs because it is a prodrug showing effects after conversion to active compounds in the body.
