Description
Kremil: Every each tablet contains AMMC Type F-MA II** 325 mg (Aluminium Hydroxide 188.8 mg, Magnesium Carbonate 136.2 mg), Activated Demethylpolysiloxane (Simethicone) 60 mg.
** Highly reactive Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium Carbonate Spray-Dried Gel.
Kremil-S: Every each tablet contains AMMC Type F-MA II** 325 mg (Aluminium Hydroxide 188.8 mg, Magnesium Carbonate 136.2 mg), Activated Demethylpolysiloxane (Simethicone) 10 mg, Dicyclomine HCl 2.5 mg.

Action
Pharmacology: Mechanism of Action: AHMC type F-MA: AHMC Type F-MA II is a non absorbable antacid with acid-Neutralizing action which maintains gastric acid at the ideal ph range. A tested mixture of 2 antacids, AHMC type F-MA II is a free of constipating and laxative effects. Studies have shown that so far it prevents the destruction of the gastric mucosa by acid-peptin activity. Unlike other antacid, AHMC Type F-MA II possesses absorbent, demulcent properties and relief of hyperacidity.
Activated Demethylpolysiloxane (Simethicone): Activated Demethylpolysiloxane (Simethicone) is a dependable anti-flatulent for the relief of troublesome abdominal gas which is the most commonly encountered complaint among patients with gastrointestinal disorders, it is particularly valuable in relieving peptic ulcer distress and other abdominal symptoms caused by concomitant excessive gastrointestinal gas.
Kremil-S: Dicyclomine: Safe Control of Gastrointestinal Spasm, Dicyclomine is a clinically established antispasmodic which effectively control gastrointestinal spasm and pain, without causing significant atropine-like side effect. It relaxes the spastic stomach and consequently gives the antacid time for greater acid neutralize.

Dosage/Direction for Use
For Peptic ulcer take 2-4 tablets every 4 hours or as physician suggestion.
Antacid, anti-flatulent and GERD 1-2 tablets after meals.
Storage
Shelf-life: Kremil: 3 years.
Kremil-S: 2 years.
