Overdosage of Regpara is considered to cause hypocalcemia. In the case of overdosage, the patient should be monitored for any signs or symptoms of hypocalcemia. If hypocalcemia occurs or may occur, drip infusion of calcium preparations should be taken into consideration. Regpara is not eliminated by hemodialysis.
