Botulinum Toxin Type A is contraindicated: In individuals with known hypersensitivity to any components of Botulinum Toxin Type A or to any of the excipients of the formulation.
In the presence of infection at the proposed injection sites.
In the presence of myasthenia gravis, Eaton Lambert syndrome or Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
