Erectile dysfunction 50 mg 1 hr before sexual intercourse. Max dose: 100 mg, not to be taken more than once in 24 hr. Patients established on α blocker therapy Consider 25 mg as initial dose. Pulmonary arterial HTN 20 mg tid.
Not to be used by men who are taking nitroglycerin. Co-administration w/ ritonavir is not recommended. Anticipated additive effect on BP in combination w/ vasodilators. Patients w/ anatomical penis deformation. Hepatic impairment.
