Use in Hepatic or Renal Disease: This combination has not been studied in patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency. It should be used with caution in these patient populations.
Use in pregnancy: The use of Combipul should be restricted to those patients in whom the benefits clearly outweigh the risk.
Use in lactation: It is not known whether the components of Combipul are excreted in human milk. Caution should be exerted when administering to a nursing mother.
