IV/IMAdult & childn >15 yr 1-2 g as needed. Max of 4 times/day if necessary. Administer at intervals of not <4 hr. Max: 8 g/day. Childn 3-15 yr 30 mg/kg as needed. Max of 4 times/day. Administer at intervals of not <4 hr. Max: Do not exceed 120 mg/day.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to propacetamol, paracetamol, diethylglycine or similar compd. Concomitant anticoagulant treatment (risk of hematoma). Severe liver disease. Do not use during pregnancy (1st trimester).
Do not give together w/ other pain relievers containing paracetamol eg, combined medication. Patients w/ anamnesis of liver disease or heavy drinkers. Chronic alcoholism, chronic malnutrition, dehydration. Patient on antiepileptics medication. Middle & terminal or possible pregnancy.
