Treatment & prevention of vit E deficiency.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Administration
Should be taken with food.
Contraindications
Anemia; bleeding or blood clotting disorder eg, hemophilia; liver & kidney disease; allergies; retinitis pigmentosa; vit K deficiency; high cholesterol or triglycerides; history of cancer, stroke or blood clot; if patient needs or has recently had surgery. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Blurred vision, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, nausea or stomach cramps, unusual tiredness or weakness.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use w/ cholestyramine, mineral oil, orlistat, warfarin.
