Anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, pancytopenia, myelosuppression; anaphylaxis, trophic & metabolic disorders (lactic acidosis); peripheral neuropathy, seizures, serotonin syndrome; optic neuropathy; angioedema, skin blisters eg, Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
