There is an observed increased incidence of nausea and vomiting to healthy volunteers who received an intravenous administration of tigecycline at a single dose of 300 mg over 60 minutes.
There is no specific information available on the treatment of overdosage. Tigecycline is not eliminated in significant amount by haemodialysis.
