Initially 1 tab daily for 1-2 wk. Maintenance: ½ tab daily.

Special Precautions

Stop immediately when acute allergic symptoms appear. Not to be used in patients w/ neither arterial nor cardiac patients, & psychological disorders; in state of alcohol intoxication. May give psychotherapeutic treatment to change drinking patterns. Not to be used during 1st 3 mth of pregnancy.

Adverse Reactions

Transient mild drowsiness, fatigability, headache, acne; optic & peripheral neuritis, polyneuritis & peripheral neuropathy. Occasionally, skin eruptions.
