Function as a methyl group donor and is a precursor of the neurochemical transmitter acetylcholine. Choline have been used for treatment of liver disorders and disturbed fat metabolism.
Pharmacokinetics: Taken orally phospholipid is absorbed higher than 90% in 24 hours.
