Each capsule contains Essential Phospholipids (EPL substance) 300 mg.
Pharmacology: Pharmacodynamics: Phospholipids are generally obtained from sources such as egg yolk or Soya bean and phosphatidyl choline is a component of the major phospholipid. Function as a methyl group donor and is a precursor of the neurochemical transmitter acetylcholine. Choline have been used for treatment of liver disorders and disturbed fat metabolism.
Pharmacokinetics: Taken orally phospholipid is absorbed higher than 90% in 24 hours.
Treatment for liver disorders.
Children from 12 years (approx. 43 kg) adolescents and adults take 2 capsules 3 times daily.
There are no plasma choline difference compare with placebo group.
Do not use in hypersensitivity to soya-bean preparations or to any of the excipients.
Due to the content in soya-bean oil the medical product may provoke severe allergic reactions.
No specific results from investigation. During pregnancy and lactation women are not recommended to use.
Side effects are rare and weak, Depression (some patient).
Glycyrrhizin, with fluid retention and/or hypokalemia up to 20%.
Store at below 30°C, protected from light and moisture.
