Instructions for reconstitution of dry powder suspensions: At time of dispensing, the dry powder should be reconstituted to form an oral suspension, as detailed as follows: Tap the bottle gently to loosen the powder. Add half the required amount of water, and shake vigorously. Slowly add water up to the mark on the bottle. Shake well before use.
