Levocetirizine is contraindicated in: Hypersensitivity to levocetirizine, to cetirizine, to hydroxyzine, to any piperazine derivatives or to any of the excipients (see Precautions).
Severe renal impairment at less than 10 ml/min creatinine clearance.
Children 6 to 11 years of age with impaired renal function
