Duodenal ulcers and esophagitis ulcers: 30 mg once daily for 4 weeks, taken in the morning before meal. Gastric ulcer: 30 mg once daily for 8 weeks, taken in the morning before meal. Patients with liver function impairment: The dose is not more than 30 mg daily.
