Afinitor tablets are indicated for the treatment of: Postmenopausal women with hormone receptor-positive and HER-2 negative advanced breast cancer in combination with exemestane, after failure of treatment with letrozole or anastrozole.
Patients with advanced neuroendocrine tumors of gastrointestinal, lung or pancreatic origin.
Patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma after failure of therapy with sunitinib or sorafenib or after treatment with VEGF targeted therapy.
