Special Precautions

D-COATE should not be used for persistent or chronic cough such as with smoking, emphysema, asthma or cough accompanied by excessive secretions, unless directed by physician.
D-COATE should not be used in patients who received MAOI or within 2 weeks after discontinuing MAOI.
