INCOMPATIBILITIES: Meropenem is compatible with the following infusion fluids: Sterile water for injection; 0.9% Sodium chloride solution; 5% or 10% Glucose solution; 5% Glucose with 0.02% Sodium bicarbonate solution; 5% Glucose with 0.9% Sodium chloride solution; 5% Glucose with 0.225% Sodium chloride solution; 5% Glucose with 0.15% Potassium chloride solution; Mannitol 2.5% or 10% solution.
Instruction for Use/Handing: Refer to Dosage & Administration. Standard aseptic technique should be employed during constitution.
Shake constituted solution before use.
All vials are for single use only.
