Cikolin Adverse Reactions

Shock: Since shock may rarely occur, close observation should be made. If abnormalities, e.g. dropped blood pressure, chest discomfort and dyspnea are noted, citicoline injection should be discontinued, and appropriate measures taken.
Hypersensitivity: Rash may infrequently occur. In such a case, citicoline injection should be discontinued.
Psychoneurologic System: Insomnia may infrequently occur and headache, dizziness, excitation or convulsions may rarely occur. If citicoline injection is used for the treatment of hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy, numbness of the paralyzed extremities may occasionally occur or become intensified.
Gastrointestinal System: Nausea may infrequently occur while anorexia may rarely occur.
Liver: Abnormal liver function may infrequently occur.
Eyes: Transient diplopia may rarely occur.
Others: Feeling of warmth may infrequently occur while transient blood pressure changes or malaise may rarely occur.
